Tilde Guajardo is the Founder & CEO of Womanars, whose mission is to inspire, educate, and connect women all over the world through easy to follow systems, courses, seminars, events, and programs which focus on their personal growth and development enabling women to live with more clarity, confidence and courage.
She is an author, facilitator, international speaker, TEDx organizer and speaker, start-up consultant, investor and global leader. She has over 20 years of experience in diverse leadership roles with experience in team development and management, curriculum and program development, event organization and planning, entrepreneurship, as well as leveraging global partnerships. Tilde is a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner & Facilitator.
Her recent TEDx Talk entitled “The New I.Q. (Identity Quotient)”, is based on her new program designed to remind women “who we are”, “whose we are”, and “how powerful we really are when aligned with our Spirit”. It explains the importance and power of the Spirit-Mind-Body connection to reach our highest human potential and thrive in every area of our life.
She is currently an investor and consultant for a woman-owned start-up in Barcelona called The Nook and is travelling between Europe and the U.S. She is excited to be able to host Womanars throughout Europe this year!
