On our talk today we will be discussing the male to female communications. Even though one might be a top leader in the corporate world, that does not mean he has the female to male interaction in hand. The knowledge of that interaction will be shared on this show with Dr Steven Lake, who works with top leaders who know the loneliness of being at the top. Does this disconnect them from those around and can they disconnect their leadership role from that of a loving partner?
Dr. Lake brings a rich and varied background to his work as a writer, speaker, and trainer, having owned businesses in manufacturing, construction, education, and mental health.
Steven worked as a psychologist for Corrections Canada in a maximum security prison hospital and as a consultant for an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provider before establishing Executive Support Net.
His corporate work includes policy reviews, needs assessment and program delivery. Steven also works one-on-one with executives focusing on personal effectiveness and lifestyle improvement.
Steven’s degrees in Psychology (Masters) and Administration (PhD) along with his focus on emotion and leadership combined with extensive business experience gives him unique insights into leadership and the management of organizations.
