Ashley Wiles is the Founder and Head Coach of Sole Girls, a Youth Speaker, Life Coach, 3xIron(wo)man, Ironman 70.3 World Championship competitor and Mental Health Advocate!
Combining her experience and skills in running, motivation, and coaching with her desire to help girls form strong, confident opinions of themselves, Ashley founded Sole Girls.

She has spoken At TedxKidsBC, Rogers Arena, SheTalks as well as schools in Canada and abroad!
