My Approach
In my sessions I use a variety of techniques and approaches tailored towards each client’s specific needs. My integrative approach is comprised of a unique blend of Eastern and Western practices, such as solution focused approach, clinical hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique (“tapping technique” – EFT), and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). In addition, when working with couples I follow the Imago Approach as postulated by Harville Hendrix.
